Honoring the Head of Iraqi Businessmen Association - Iraqi Kurdistan Center

On Saturday the 16th of February 2008, and at the hall of the Cultural Chaldean

On Saturday the 16th of February 2008, and at the hall of the Cultural Chaldean
Association in Hewler - Inkawa, and under the motto " Hand in Hand to Build a Free
- Developed - Democratic Iraq " . Iraq Today Media Establishment has honored a
group of esteemed and active Iraqi individuals, that effectively participated in
building and developing Iraq's economy in general and Iraqi Kurdistan's economy .

Many Iraqi businessmen and commerce chambers members, in and outside the Iraqi
Kurdistan region, and journalists has attended the event . Whereas, Mr. Hersh
Mohammed Al Tayyar, head of Iraqi Businessmen Association - Iraqi Kurdistan
Center, Mr. George Daoud Miya, a Christian Iraqi businessman from Ninawa have been
honored for their distinguished contribution in building the national economy, and
for their efforts exerted in facilitating and encouraging many Arab and foreign
investors and investing companies to invest in Iraq and in Kurdistan .

At the beginning of the event, head of Iraq Today Media Establishment delivered a
welcome speech to the guests, and wished their continuousness in participating in
the economic process to serve the people .

Head of Iraqi Businessmen Association - Iraqi Kurdistan Center has also thanked the
event organizers and all the attendance . As he promised to save no efforts for the
benefit of Iraq and its prosperity .
